By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to JUST-SEED.COM for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimise these instances and strive to avoid any “down time”.
We dispatch our products on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of some of the products we sell often differ from country to country. We therefore advise you to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. For this reason, JUST-SEED can regrettably accept no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit, if you place an order for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal.
We refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is going to cultivate them in a country where it is illegal to cultivate them.
JUST-SEED.COM does not encourage the use, supply or production of illegal drugs or controlled substances in any way.

Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices seen on the JUST-SEED.COM’s website are final and include VAT.
Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. We will withdraw the funds for the order after the order is shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of JUST-SEED.COM until paid for in full.
All credit/debit card details are encrypted using a secure ordering system. Your bank or Credit Card Company may require security checks to validate your purchase.
JUST-SEED.COM may on occasion require credit checks for orders of a substantial nature or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed.
Under EU rules you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost.

PAYMENT BY CARD
Enter your credit card number, expiry date and the 3-digit security code (CVV/CVC code, on the back of the card) on our payment page. The billing name and address you enter must match the details your card is registered with. When your payment is authorised by the card issuer JUST-SEED.COM can start preparing your order. Please note that in order to be authorised then you may need to talk to your bank or credit card provider in advance to let them know you are making a foreign payment.
We can only offer cardpayment for our EU customers from these countries:

Danish customers have the opportunity to pay with MobilePay.
Start the payment with MobilePay at checkout.

*It is the customers own responsibility to make sure their envelope is tamper proof.
All orders must be paid for in full before any orders will be shipped.
We will withdraw the funds for the order after the order is shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of JUST-SEED.COM until paid for in full.

What happens if I don’t receive my order
Use the tracking number sent to you upon order dispatch to track the location of your order.
If your order has still not arrived after 30 working days and you are in the EU, contact us and we will arrange a re-ship.
If your order has still not arrived after 60 working days and you are outside the EU, contact us and we will arrange a re-ship.
If you are in any doubt please contact us on Support@just-seed.com and we will help to identify whether your country is eligible to our Track and trace option.

To give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us, we guarantee to refund any item you are not totally happy with, if returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your order. IF your order is returned to our office we will be happy to re-send it. If your order is NOT returned to our office we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.
An address error is not covered by our Stealth Shipping promise.
Please note, we are happy to assist you with any queries about your order within 14 days from the date when the order is sent.
Should you wish to return purchased goods for any reason, you need to contact us first by phone, fax or e-mail to confirm your return, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any goods sent back without prior consent from JUST-SEED will be sent back at your cost.
Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
Once you have confirmed your return with us, please send the items to our postal address. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
The goods should be sent back with a recorded service as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 60 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.
We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning items back to us. In the UK, items should be returned via First Class Recorded Delivery. Overseas, items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next day services or other courier services.
Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.
We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.
We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by a cheque, depending on the method used for payment.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Your privacy is important to us. It is JUST-SEED’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, http://just-seed.com, and other sites we own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to conclude an agreement with Just-seed, we need the following information:

Personal data are registered with Just seed and stored for up to five years after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
